I met with the Eaglescliffe Preservation Action Group committee to discuss their campaign and the good work they have been doing.  I wholeheartedly support their efforts to stop garden grabbing in Eaglescliffe. 

 William Hague MP joined myself and leading local business people for dinner at Judges Hotel.  

I spent the morning in Thornaby looking at Mandale Park and Stainsby Beck.  

Yarm and Thornaby Rotary Club invited me to be the guest speaker at one of their regular dinners.  After the Rotary dinner I went straight to a wine and cheese evening with Thornaby branch of the Stockton Conservative Party. 

I was invited to sit in on a presentation that was made to the Conservative Party Northern Board.  It is good to see the Party taking the North so seriously and investing real resources in the region.
