James Wharton MP

Earlier today all parliamentary candidates took part in a conference call with David Cameron.  We discussed a wide range of issues, including the expenses scandal and european elections.  It is clear that David is serious about cleaning up the system and restoring the dignity of Parliament.  It is a shame that Gordon Brown seems so paralysed, no doubt his press conference this evening will be yet more vauge promises of committees and meetings, perhaps with a independent monitoring body thrown in.
