James Wharton MP

Last night I met local party members to discuss our ongoing European election campaign and the issues that are being mentioned on the doorstep.  Unsurprisingly MPs expenses are on everyone’s mind.  Residents have not forgotten that the Labour MP for this area was fined £500 only last year for abusing her expenses and the widespread abuse of public trust we have seen has caused a great deal of unhappiness.  The only way to properly clearn out the House of Commons is going to be with a general election.  We need a fresh start in Stockton South and a fresh start nationally.
