James Wharton MP

This afternoon I attended the launch of the Conservatives European Election campaign in the Tees Valley, which took place at the new Infinity Bridge between Stockton and Thornaby.  Theresa May MP joined Martin Callanan and Emma Moore two of our Conservative European candidates as well as Sir John Hall, Ken Lupton and myself.  We discussed regeneration and the potential for securing regeneration funding from the EU.  As our MEP Martin Callanan has worked tirelessly to get a better deal for the Tees Valley and ensure we receive a fair share of European Development Funding.
