Today I was out in Thornaby, delivering the latest edition of “Reports Back”, which is one of the ways I keep residents informed about what I am doing on their behalf.  I met some local indepdent councillors who were also leafleting, although with their own newsletter.  It was good to see so much activity, no doubt there will be a lot more leaflets now the election has been called.  Of course, unlike some parties (although in fairness not the TIA who do try to stay in touch), local Conservatives are here all year round, not just at election time.
