This morning I had a number of meetings, starting with one of the region’s largest employers to look at their new offices and then with the Regional Conservative Party in Newcastle, which was hosting a visit from co-chairmen Andrew Feldman and Baroness Warsi.
In the afternoon I visited a constituent at home to discuss a range of issues.
